A: No experience is required.
A: We require a matching credit/debit card and photo ID. The minimum age for human powered rentals is 18 years old, the minimum age for electric boat rentals is 21 years old.
A: Our electric boat rentals including our electric pontoon & donut boat require a $250 deposit that we authorize on a credit or debit card. We do not accept cash deposits.
A: We do not offer insurance. Customer is responsible for all damages.
A: 18 and older or 12 and older, depending on boat. A contract must be signed by an adult.
A: There is no age limit, though some boats have safety requirements.
A: Each boat has a maximum capacity, please check the specific boat you are renting. All persons regardless of age count towards the maximum capacity.
A: While strongly recommended for everyone, the U. S. Coast Guard only requires passengers under the age of 13 to wear life jackets at all times.
A: Yes, we provide lifejackets for all sizes.

A: No, at this time alcohol is not permitted on Tempe Town Lake.
A: Yes, customer is responsible for any damages or cleaning fees.
A: No swimming is allowed in Tempe Town Lake.
A: Yes, we allow pets on all boats except our electric boats. Some rules and restriction may apply. Animals do impact the weight and passenger capacity of the boats and will be counter towards the maximum capacity. Also, depending on their comfort level with the water animals may cause the boat to be unstable. Boat Rentals of America is not responsible for animals that ends up in the water or for boats that are capsized as a result of an animals movement
