Road 32 C continues up Old Woman's Creek and over Blue Mountain into La Garita Creek. Road A32 veers East and takes you to the Natural Arch. Jeeps, horses, side by sides, and ATVs are welcome, but pretty rare. You can absolutely ride out from your property into hundreds of miles of Jeep and ATV trails from your property, but the area is relatively unknown, and rarely used by anyone but your immediate neighbors.

Built in 2003, the log cabin is 616 square feet, and offers a kitchen with a propane stove and refrigerator, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Please note: the cabin is dirty, and very, very rough. Although everything worked when last used, the cabin has been vacant for roughly 10 years. It should be assumed that the solar, plumbing, electrical, and well pump will need to be replaced/updated. A respirator is highly recommended when entering the cabin, as deer mice and pack rats actively occupy the home. Hauntavirus is a very real threat and should be taken seriously. Please be prepared when scheduling a visit. Closed toe shoes are highly recommended as well.
With no covenants, no restrictions, and very few building codes, this cabin is a prepper's dream or a hunter's paradise. Remote and private, this getaway spot is ready for you to clean, repair, and enjoy.
