Why does MeTV keep going out? ›

If you've noticed your favorite MeTV shows going blank in the middle of the day, or experienced occasional interruptions to your signal, don't worry – you're not unwittingly starring in an episode of The Twilight Zone. What's happening is actually a natural phenomenon known as a Sun Outage, and it happens twice a year.

(WJAR) — Today, NBC 10 WJAR announced that starting September 1st, 2022 the MeTV broadcast network, Channel 10.2, which is also distributed on various local cable providers, will become CHARGE!

In September 2021, MeTV Plus expanded their carriage beyond the two stations. The streaming service Frndly TV added MeTV Plus to their lineup in October 2023. The streaming service Philo TV also added MeTV Plus to their lineup in October 2023.
