Cranberry Crostini
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 cup Vegan Ricotta
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- Fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 °F (175 °C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Arrange baguette slices in a single layer and brush both sides with olive oil.
- Place in the oven to bake until golden, for 15-20 minutes. Rotate once halfway through.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let the crostini cool.
- To with vegan ricotta ad cranberry sauce. Decorate with fresh rosemary and serve!

- You can use vegan cream cheese or vegan goat cheese instead of ricotta!
